Fred again.. and Daft Punk legend Thomas Bangalter went B2B in Paris last night.
The English producer is playing shows in 10 different cities, with Clash recently attending his gargantuan event in Madrid. Traveling to Lyon for another massive event, Fred again.. then spearheaded an incredible line-up at Beaubourg in Paris.
The line-up was incredible – Myd going B2B with Sofia Kourtesis, Ed Banger founder Pedro Winter sharing the decks with Erol Alkan and Fred himself… and then a surprise.

Daft Punk co-founder Thomas Bangalter doesn’t play out very often, but he emerged to a hero’s welcome at Beaubourg for his first B2B set in 16 years.
The highlights have already caused the internet to go into meltdown, with Thomas Bangalter playing an incredible set.
An edit of ‘Distant Love’ / ‘Billie’ has caught attention –
Thomas Bangalter of Daft Punk just went B2B with Fred again 😱
This was a last minute surprise B2B with Pedro and Erol Alkan at the Because Beaubourg event in Paris.
Here’s a clip with a Digital Love x Billie

Other moments of note – Thomas Bangalter played slices of Daft Punk’s ‘Random Access Memories’, which the duo never even toured. Other edits include a cool take on DJ Mehdi’s seminal French touch track ‘Signature’, while the French figure also played a segment of the One Batter After Another score.
It’ll no doubt get taken down but here’s the set in full –
