Turning up the MAFS heat kept audiences tuned in to Nine, the hit program bring in a huge BVOD and catch-up audience.

So when did MAFS get so NSFW (Not Safe For Whoever)? The concern emerges from last night’s effort by Ella and Mitch, whose on-air activities appeared like a little “fluffing” for something on PornHub– total with the requisite bad discussion– instead of the staid old Nine Network.
Still, it worked. Married At First Sight lost just 4000 audiences from Monday night’s opening of 1.15 million (the most affordable opening in 5 years), so maybe the manufacturers intuitively felt the series required to be removed the soft-porn corridor?
Nine stated that the BVOD (Broadcast Video as needed) audience for MAFS last night leapt 34%from 2020 to 310,000 That’s about 27%of the FTA audience and does not yet consist of catch-up watching over the next week. In 2015’s dreadful Love Island ( likewise on Nine) frequently saw eps where the BVOD and catch-up viewership more than doubled the night’s FTA audience.
