Scottish songwriter completes a majestic tour…

There’s just something about Lewis Capaldi. The Scottish songwriter’s work seems to reach people in very intimate ways, while his onstage persona – part jester, part sincere poet, and wholly arresting – truly sells the songs.
2023 album ‘Broken By Desire To Be Heavenly Sent’ was a stunning success, but he’s been kind to himself on the touring front – aware of the demands he puts both body and mind through, Lewis Capaldi has attempted to scale things back, while still developing that tender connection with fans.
Heading back out on the road this month, the songwriter completed a wonderful arena tour. Highlights included a stellar Glasgow show, while photographer Connie Burke caught Lewis Capaldi in action at the O2 Arena in London.
