UFC star Jorge Masvidal is looking for a ‘get out of prison card’ when it comes to his current legal problems.
It was on Monday, March 21st that Jorge Masvidal was included in an run-in exterior a Miami Beach steakhouse with Colby Covington. Masvidal is stated to haveactually been waiting for the fighter exterior the diningestablishment where he apparently assaulted Covington, triggering physical injury and damage to his Rolex watch.
Following the occurrence, Masvidal was apprehended and charged with exacerbated battery and criminal mischief. Aggravated battery, which is a felony charge, might bring up to 15 years in prison and/or thousands of dollars in fines.

“Since I do have an open case, I’m not expected to talk about it,” Masvidal stated. “If we might table (the promoter’s application), it would be muchbetter. Right now, I had shared fight with another professionalathlete, and I can’t state too much on that. But if we might table it for lateron, that would be fantastic as well.”
Using the recommendation ‘mutual battle’, it might be that Jorge is looking to usage this stipulation in defense of his intensified battery court charges. In Florida, there is a shared fight defence method, significance both celebrations permission to battle and both celebrations are accountable.
